Come dream away with us on our little cliff-top paradise, where life is sweet and time is passes in an enchanting flow of peaceful moments. We're a boutique hotel that's a little different - we, the owners, live right here on Cloud Nine Cliff and this sacred valley is our beloved abode.

Together with our Team we take a personal approach to caring for our guests. We're one big family, and to us every guest is a family member coming home.

We strive to make your stay as blissful as we have found our own to be, with the following services:

Daily Healthy Breakfast (8 -11am): our specially-created menu of delicious meals, served according to your time and taste, in-villa.
– Daily Housekeeping (11am -1pm): our team will lovingly clean and tidy your home each day, at your convenience.
– Daily Afternoon Tea (3:30 - 415pm): our daily treat for you, showcasing Balinese snacks, teas and coffees, in-villa.
– Evening Turndown (6 -7:30pm): our evening staff will prepare your home for a sublime evening in paradise
– Luxurious Bath Amenities: indulge in our exotic Cloud Nine home-spa amenities, chock-full of relaxing and healing botanicals. 
– Unlimited Wireless Hi-Speed Internet: - free personal wifi in villas and suites, available 24 hours.

COMPLIMENTARY CONCIERGE SERVICE

We provide a complimentary Concierge Service from 8am-11pm daily. We will gladly help you plan or organise almost anything you wish.

Here's what you can enjoy at Cloud Nine, simply by booking with our Butlers:

  • On the Go: Tour and Transport Planning Service - we'll listen to your needs and then wrangle with the mundane logistics of organising your transport or an interesting day tour around Bali. 
  • Meals*: We provide a Dine-In service where you can order food into your villa from a selection of nice restaurants. Just order from our Butlers who will place the order for you, collect your meal from the restaurant, plate it nicely and serve it you as a proper meal, including cleaning up! (*A small service fee is chargeable for this entire service)
  • Activities: From adventure to culture, shopping to food-hopping, in-villa classes and kiddy fun - just share your wishes with us and we'll take care of all the organising and details of the activities you wish to book, so you can relax and just enjoy the experience.
  • Celebrations: Special Life Events/Dinner Party/Romantic Dinner - we'll do all we can help to help you celebrate life's most precious moments. We've helped our guests plan all sorts of events - weddings, proposals, anniversaries, birthdays, photoshoots, family events and even friendship reunions!
  • Wellness: Massages, spas, beauty treatments, aesthetic medical spas- we'll do all the bookings to make your pamper-land wishes come true!
  • Healing & Therapy: we'll help organise for you to receive expert consultations/treatments from a wide range of holistic modalities. Ubud is the healing hub of the world after all.
  • Support: Private Maid/Nanny service upon request - we're connected to a network of care-givers who can support you during your well-deserved holiday
  • DLL: "or anything else" as they say here in Indonesia! You are a part of our family and that means some serious hosting going on. We've tended to (and healed) sick guests, gone grocery shopping, staged birthday surprises, and even repaired clothes and luggage - anything to help our guests feel at home and truly cared for.

 

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE ABOUT CLOUD NINE ESTATE:

  • Access: We are located on a stunning clifftop, and there is a flight of stairs that descends to our estate from the top of the main road. Our estate is therefore not wheel-chair accessible and not suitable for guests with physical disabilities or knee/ankle conditions.
  • Nature: Our cliff villas amidst the pristine Wos river valley are truly magical but it also means guests may encounter insects and creatures at some point during the stay (the usual harmless lizards, geckos, ants, frogs, birds and mainly insects). We maintain our villas as perfectly clean and wildlife-free as possible, our team takes great care to keep nature outside of the villas. However the fact is, we are in Nature's domain after all. We appeal to all guests to understand our environment. 
  • Check-in & Check-out Times: Our check-in time is 2pm-10pm and our check-out is 11am. Please note that arrivals after 10pm at night will be without our Formal Check-in service for that evening. During late-night arrivals, our night watchman will greet and escort guests to the villa for a good night's rest. Our service team will then greet guests the next morning with a full proper check-in and tour (after breakfast).
