We know that you are as excited as we are to welcome back travel, even if it looks rather different these days. We also understand that our guests’ expectations for cleaning and hygiene have changed. That’s why we are committed to deliver an even cleaner stay for you with the creation of our Cloud Nine SafeSanctuary program. Your health and well-being are our number one priority.
Cloud Nine Safe Sanctuary builds on our already rigorous cleaning standards to provide confident peace of mind when you stay in our villas. Our promise is to deliver the same level of reliable and heartfelt service you’d expect from the Cloud Nine Family, but with the added confidence of the best global standards in hygiene practices and contactless interaction, all created to keep you safe.
We are looking forward to the day that the world is free from the pandemic. In the meantime, we are doing everything we can to actively monitor and evolve our solutions to ensure a continued focus on the health and safety of our guests and team mates.
Important things to note:
- Access: We are located on a stunning clifftop, and there is a flight of stairs that descends to our estate from the top of the main road. Our estate is therefore not wheel-chair accessible and not suitable for guests with physical disabilities or knee/ankle conditions.
- Nature: Our cliff villas amidst the pristine Wos river valley are truly magical but it also means guests may encounter insects and creatures at some point during the stay (the usual harmless lizards, geckos, ants, frogs, birds and mainly insects). We maintain our villas as perfectly clean and wildlife-free as possible, our team takes great care to keep nature outside of the villas. However the fact is, we are in Nature’s domain after all. We appeal to all guests to understand our environment.
- Check-in & Check-out Times: Our check-in time is 2pm-10pm and our check-out is 11am. Please note that arrivals after 10pm at night will be without our Formal Check-in service for that evening. During late-night arrivals, our night watchman will greet and escort guests to the villa for a good night’s rest. Our service team will then greet guests the next morning with a full proper check-in and tour (after breakfast).
